Hotside TVS 1320 Supercharger Kit

1. Supercharger mounting brackets
2. Crank pulley and tensioner system with belt
3. Supercharger inlet and outlet
4. DBW bypass with electronic control box, and section of pipe with bypass mount to allow easy integration into an intercooler system.
5. Recirculating BOV
6. Modification to Audi supercharger to allow use with this kit.

Price: £2000 +postage

1. Audi supercharger. These are currently available on ebay for around £300-£350. If required I can source one for you in addition to the kit price. The supercharger will need to be sent to me for modification.
2. Intercooler and pipework 
3. ECU, injectors, sensors etc

This kit can be set up maximise power on a stock engine. Using the advised 1.8:1 pulley ratio, it makes around 265bhp and 220lbft of torque.

If the engine has upgraded internals such as forged rods, more power can be made. Using a 2:1 pulley ratio the kit can produce just over 300bhp and 254lbft of torque. 

This was achieved on a 'rod block' 1.8 VVT engine with a 2:1 pulley ratio, at just over 1bar of boost.

More power is available with more aggressive pulley ratios.

Current kit is designed around the 1.8 NA-NB engine variants. If you have a 1.6 engine and would like a kit, please get in touch as this is achievable. 

Fits with power steering and AC compressor.

Fits with ABS.

Stock or stock style exhaust manifold is required for clearance to supercharger.
